Conveniently located close to the pier and general
store, this newly renovated oceanfront duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath on each side.. 4 Crabs
by the Sea accommodates 12 guest per side. The first floor has one bedroom with 2 double beds. The second
floor has 2 bedrooms. 2 double beds in the first bedroom and one double bed and a set of bunk beds in the second. "4
Crabs by the Sea" has central heat and air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, color cable TVs, DVD and
VCR, stereo with CD and tape player and telephone with data-port. Other amenities include open and covered porches, enclosed
outside shower with hot and cold water, parking underneath the house, and a private walkway to the beach with sundeck. Renovations
include all new flooring downstairs, new kitchen furniture, and new bedspreads. This home is ideal for small and large families
with CONNECTING INTERIOR DOORS. This child friendly unit is NON-SMOKING.
